Your Legal Obligation

You Are the Responsible Person

The law requires building owners, employers, and property managers to keep fire doors in good working order. Under the Fire Safety Order (2005), they must be inspected and maintained regularly. The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 also say that communal fire doors in buildings over 11 metres must be checked every three months. Ignoring these rules can lead to prosecution, unlimited fines, or even imprisonment.

Our Process

Simple Steps to Full Compliance

Step 01

Free Consultation

Tell us about your building, including its type, size, sector, and any known issues, and we’ll reply within one working day with expert advice and a no-obligation quote.

Step 02

On-Site Audit & Report

Our certified inspector assesses every fire door and provides a written report with photographic evidence, a compliance schedule, and prioritised action list.
